Terms and conditions
Welcome to Brodero. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order.
1. About us and identification
The website brodero.online is an online store dedicated to digital church embroidery designs, operated under the trading name Brodero by founder Sebastian Radu, based in Iași, Romania.
Contact: radusebastiangabriel@gmail.com / contact@brodero.online. The company’s full tax identification details will be updated once the legal entity registration process has been completed.
2. Business activity and nature of the products
Brodero sells only downloadable digital products: original computer files designed for embroidery machines, including icon designs, church crosses and ornaments for liturgical vestments. Brodero does not sell or deliver physical products such as embroidered vestments, thread or fabric.
Each design description specifies the dimensions in millimetres, estimated stitch count, recommended colours and available file formats, such as PES, DST, JEF, HUS, VP3 or EXP. The buyer is responsible for checking that the design is compatible with their machine and hoop before placing an order.
3. Prices and payment methods
All prices are expressed in Romanian lei (RON). Brodero is not currently registered for VAT.
Orders are paid online by debit or credit card, securely through the authorised payment processor Stripe. Brodero does not request or store bank card details.
4. Delivery of digital products
Delivery takes place instantly and automatically after successful payment confirmation. The buyer receives download access directly on the order confirmation page, through the transactional email sent to the address provided at checkout, and in the “My account” > “Downloads” section.
5. License and intellectual property
Purchasing a design grants the buyer a non-exclusive right to use the file to create physical embroidery, under the Brodero License of Use. Copyright in the digital files remains the exclusive property of Brodero. Reselling, redistributing or sharing the digital files is strictly prohibited.
6. Right of withdrawal and guarantees
The withdrawal and refund policy for digital content is explained in detail on the dedicated page: Withdrawal and refund policy.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian and European Union law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or by the competent courts.
