Questions from the workshop
What do I receive when I buy a design?
You receive a digital archive containing the original Wilcom master file (.EMB), the license file and instructions for use. Your download is available immediately after payment.
What is the Wilcom master format (.EMB), and what are its advantages?
The .EMB format preserves object geometry and stitch parameters, including angles, density and pull compensation. Unlike stitch-only machine files (DST, PES), an .EMB file can be resized without distortion and exported to any format your workshop requires.
May I sell physical items embroidered with these designs?
Yes! The Brodero license allows you to embroider and sell an unlimited number of finished physical items, including vestments, icons and coverings. Reselling or distributing the digital files is strictly prohibited.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Complete the custom design form and attach your reference images. Feasibility, price and turnaround time will be confirmed after review.
