License of use

Every digital design purchased from Brodero is an original creation protected by copyright. By downloading any design, you agree to the terms of this license.

What you may do (Permitted use)

• Personal and church embroidery: You may embroider the design on priestly, diaconal or episcopal vestments, altar coverings, chalice veils, processional banners, flags or decorative panels for your own use, parishes, monasteries or donations.
• Craft and commercial use of physical products: Tailoring workshops and craftspeople may sell finished physical items embroidered with Brodero designs. There is no limit on the number of physically embroidered vestments.
• Technical adaptation: You may slightly resize the design or change the thread order and shades to suit your machine and fabric requirements.

What is strictly prohibited (Restrictions)

• No redistribution of digital files: You may not resell, give away, lend, sublicense or share the digital files (PES, DST, JEF, etc.) with other people.
• No uploading to the internet: Publishing the digital files in social media groups (Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp), forums, torrent platforms or online file libraries is prohibited.
• No digital derivatives for resale: You may not modify the digital file in order to resell the resulting file as your own digital design.
