Exception to the statutory right of withdrawal<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34\/2014 on consumer rights (Article 16(m)) and European Directive 2011\/83\/EU, <strong>contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal<\/strong>, if performance has begun with the consumer\u2019s prior express consent and after the consumer has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When checking out on the Brodero website, by placing your order and requesting immediate delivery, you confirm that you consent to the supply of digital files beginning and that you lose your right of withdrawal once downloading has started.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Conformity guarantee and technical support<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although downloaded digital files cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind, <strong>Brodero guarantees the technical quality of every design offered<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you experience a genuine technical problem with a purchased file, such as file corruption, a major stitch-digitizing error or a missing advertised compatible format, please email us within 14 days at <a href=\"mailto:radusebastiangabriel@gmail.com\">radusebastiangabriel@gmail.com<\/a>, stating your order number and machine model. We undertake to correct the file within 48 hours.
